At this rate I would be shocked if they aren't open by Halloween
Doubt it as they have a lot of interior work to do and labor shortages in skilled areas like electrical, drywall, painting etc is a challenge. Then ramping up hiring and training. Then again it did appear as if there were some people working on Sunday as there were some work trucks and people walking around.

Check the site plan in post 226. It looks like there's around 300 parking spaces.

Scrappys should get their permit pulled, I drove by on Sunday and it’s definitely in violation of conditions set on them by board of adjustment (I was on the board at the time)
Possibly the captains fish spot on the corner (Grand Chouteau) can go. On Page (103334) is a newer Rallys/Checkers and it looks good. Tear down the old one on Chouteau and put up a new one with possibly some design tweaks. It would be an asset and an option to skip the $12 burgers at top price and just get a a bucket of beer with your balls
I guess in a way it's not the worst; it would probably just have been an extension of the parking lot. But yes, it's definitely an eyesore.
Looks like all hitting positions have the ball dispensers now. The big holes in the middle now have the netting/scoring rings in them.
Sign is up, not sure why they really need one… and turf is going in.
Topgolf looks done. All the driving range area seems to be complete. Bags holding edges down are removed. They have ball collectors at the end for shots that go in the far drop off.
Looks like the hitting bays are done also. I can’t imagine much is left. I’m surprised we haven’t heard an opening date yet.
