Are a handful of these from SoHo? I don’t remember a tower crane on the Lafayette square site.

^You can see Sts. Peter and Paul in the background. Yeah, that's SoHo. (Here's to hoping they come up with a better name for that before it gets completely baked in.)
Whoops. Yeah. My bad. I was on a long walk...sc4mayor wrote: ↑Jun 03, 2022Are a handful of these from SoHo? I don’t remember a tower crane on the Lafayette square site.

Thanks for posting those - Let's hope those homes fly off the shelves and they can run into the next phase quickly!
^ Thanks for the pics/updates. Glad this area is about to be unrecognizable. Does anyone know if there have been/will be any changes to the buildings fronting Chouteau? Or should we expect those to end up looking pretty much how we think?
Materials shortage (especially wood) doesn't helpdredger wrote: ↑Jun 02, 2022^ & ^^ Thanks, the project seems like it had a slow start, gaining some serious momentum....
This (2300 LaSalle) goes before the Board of Adjustment on August 3rd.
$175k building permit application submitted for a pool at 2200 LaSalle.
Never started. The architect posted this on his Facebook a few weeks backsc4mayor wrote: ↑Jan 21, 2023Did the Lagosian ever start, or did that one stall out again?
^ Thanks for the update. Anyone able to confirm whether or not a permit was ever actually issued?
It has not. If so, I would have posted about itsc4mayor wrote: ↑Jan 21, 2023^ Thanks for the update. Anyone able to confirm whether or not a permit was ever actually issued?

Was driving home last night south on Jefferson, and the view from the bridge is impressive now that it is lit up at night. What a "big city" upgrade for Lafayette Square compared to the massive blank space that's been there for years. Hope to see the future phases make Chouteau/Jefferson look like a proper gateway to a great neighborhood.

Went passed corner of jefferson and chouteau the other day, And noticed they started taking down the fence for the proposed office space site...Demo coming soon..?
Any intel on the church corner of Mackay and Hickory (across from new townhomes)? It's taped off with caution tape. Demo or rehab?

All of the fences are now removed along with the signs with the fancy renderings. Doesn't seem like a good sign for the bulk of the project
The Lagosian Apartments at 2300 Lasalle, being developed by St. Louis-based D&R Building Group, will break ground on construction in May.
