I don't have a photo but the ugliest house I've seen in my life was built at the corner of Delmar & Whittier. The same one permitted at 4202 Delmar up thread.

I've seen it.  It's a mini "Barn-dominium" metal thing painted black, right?  Interesting way to get a build done for 200k.  Not easy on the eyes.
