Re: 4205 Olive
I'll reserve full comment on the finished product until completed. Not sure I'm a fan of what appears to be the finished facade of the farthest west unit. Tough seeing what appears to be compromised exterior finishes potentially due to increased building material/labor/financing costs.

^Okay, that's a darned surprising thing, but I'm beginning to think I'm going to really like it.
The four-unit building at 4329 Westminter Place turned out great!

Oh, man, that's ugly! And are they really going to tear down the Allied Photocolor building?
Yes. I wonder how much of the land will be surface parking. I doubt the footprint of the new building is as big as the existing one.
Currently there appear to be 36 parking spots. From the rendering, I believe that the building footprint will be pretty equivalent in size.

$475k building permit issued to repair slate roof at 4510 Lindell, the St. Louis Archbishop's residence.
I absolutely love slate roofs, but . . . you can't escape the irony of spending half a million dollars on a new roof for the archbishop while shutting down parishes.

I walk by here regularly. The container metal and the wood are fine. The concrete panels are an atrocity.

^Okay, that's really turning out nicely. That's going to really be something.

^You know, the windows look like they're at half levels. I bet you're right. Sweeping half circle grand stair with a landing on each floor? Though maybe not, since I'm not sure how you'd avoid having the stair pass directly in front of the windows at least at first. That's darned peculiar and I would really love to see a floorplan and some photos when the thing is done. Whether the stair is there or not, that's going to be an absolutely magnificent space in the turret. (Probably better if it's stair free.)
