Added a few items including the proposed mixed-use project for 4100 Lindell, the Remington Rand mid-Modern building (preliminary approval from Preservation Board this evening) and the former Garfield School at 2612 Wyoming into a supportive housing center, which is nearing completion. (I believe the school was on the Landmark's Endangered List at one point.)
Moved Art Bar on Cherokee into the completed column (was to be Craft Art Bar until the lawyers got involved) and added R-Space and Café at 1704 S. Broadway... looks like a pretty cool spot:

Hopefully we'll hear more soon on some of the "planned" projects such as the Intrada Lofts, Beaumont Building and 1900 Pine... those would be a great boost for Downtown West area and keep the momentum going throughout the Central Corridor.

Added a number of infrastructure-related projects... 14th Street Transit Center work should begin this fall and S. Grand's pocket park should commence soon; meanwhile, GRG re-opened the improved River des Peres segment (beginning at the Landsdowne trailhead) this week and the Carondolet Connector should open this summer.
I also moved the potential Convention Center ballroom and garage project from "expected 2014 start" to the "Keep an eye on column" as it appears that it may take some time for the proper pieces to be put together to make it work.

I was reading about the potential ballroom expansion and sounds like it will be a year or so off from reality. I didn't realize that our convention ballroom is that small 28,000 sq feet i mean I'm very surprised at their ability to attract some rather large conventions still...

Updates include Luminary opening this weekend at 2701 Cherokee and adding the Laclede Gas Building to the "Keep an Eye On" column as its been reported the owner has indeed been approached by potential developers to convert to residential.

Next week 3 major announcements dt. One announcement already happened that no one on the boards are talking about. Here's a hint.. Renaissance grand 50 million dollars in redevelopment. This includes the vacant building across the street.

Definitely curious on item #3. I think it could be a BPV residential tower. Would definitely make up for some tough losses on the field the last couple of nights. The other thought running through my head, Arch Grounds fund raising at a point where they announce the new western entrance and museum expansion. That is one part of the plan I think is right. Especially when you look at the killer rendering of being inside looking out through the glass at that the Old Courthouse.
Don't think Drury is there yet on a proposed Laclede Landing tower nor do I believe their is any local corporate movement that is pending because leases expire soon. CVC is still putting pieces to their ballroom expansion plan together and well Rams & Gov Nixon are no rush to announce a stadium deal, probably because the NFL hasn't said no yet to Stan K on a LA move and Nixon still has to come up with some cash (which might case for NFL after putting cash into recent stadium deals for 49ers and Vikings).
