Long vacant and unused parcel at Euclid & Lindell. Definitely one of the most prime real estate empty lots in the cityPeterXCV wrote:^Which lot?
Agreed, once the patterns on the windows started to come together, I was sold.addxb2 wrote: ↑12:09 AM - 5 days agoThis building looks good. It also looks good next to One hundred.
I think he might mean the original Albion design from 2022 and not the tower I’ve talked about a little bit off and on here a while back. Though that one, with its terra cotta, bronze, curves and height would’ve been an instant classic. That would be a good one for Lindell and Euclid.
A quick reminder what the original rendering looked like
Do you have a photo of the terrace cotta one?Chris Stritzel wrote: ↑7:50 PM - 5 days agoI think he might mean the original Albion design from 2022 and not the tower I’ve talked about a little bit off and on here a while back. I do not, but I have the layout drawn by memory and the architect did design other buildings with the same design aesthetic. It’s up to Koplar whether or not to ever show the design, but I don’t imagine he will. It’s best to never show what could’ve been. I will say that the design being built is appropriate and contrasts nicely to the Park Plaza and One Hundred. Sometimes a simple design is the best.STLAPTS wrote: ↑1:40 AM - 4 days agoDo you have a photo of the terrace cotta one?Chris Stritzel wrote: ↑7:50 PM - 5 days agoI think he might mean the original Albion design from 2022 and not the tower I’ve talked about a little bit off and on here a while back.
