Formwork is going up for the first above ground floor. Also utility/hydrant relocation happening in the Kingshighway median to accommodate a new left turn lane onto Lindell. Hoping all this will trigger a refresh of this NE gateway into Forest Park and a closure of thru-traffic on W Pine in the park.
looks great. the rule of thumb for the 100 tower was 1.5 conc. floors poured per month.
Things were in full swing Monday morning. Then about mid-day everything shut down. Today no activity - no one on site. Anyone know why?

Could be the forecasted wind gusts too high for the crane to load/lift. Would be my guess why stopped after lunch yesterday. Today probably holiday but also a gusty one.

Was thinking more yesterday. Tower cranes usually have to stop at gusts of 35-40mph
Floor 3 starting. This is going up much quicker than I thought. Podium and then some will be visible by Spring 2026
Deck 4 poured on Friday. Tower crane "jumped up" five sections this weekend. Friend on site says they are currently 3-4 weeks behind schedule.
I'm so used to this being a parking lot. Just now starting to realize how much this will change the whole feeling of that intersection
I hope it turns out to be great news. I live close to there and that slip lane wasn't much of a pedestrian or traffic issue. The plan on page 190 shows that area being replaced by grass which if true will be a nice change. https://www.stlouis-mo.gov/government/d ... -Map-2.pdf
Its true the slip lane isn't used a ton, but they're a particularly unneccessary kind of infrastructure that makes life more dangerous for pedestrians. The kind of thing I'm not sure about is if adding a left turn lane onto NB Kingshighway like cancels that out. Because without it you don't have to worry as much crossing the street when Kingshighway has a green light.

Made a delivery to the site yesterday. It's quite the busy place! I was told they are on schedule to add a floor every 6 days. The next crane jump early this summer will be attached to the structure.

^^ Can't wait to see this building fully lit up at night next to 100. Thanks for the pics!
Chris- can you post these pics on the Albion thread on skyscraperpage.com? It's due for an update on the progress:
