I just read the only article I see about it and they're talking about two seperate projects in one article. The $169 million Mansion House and the $15.7 million Bobby's Place building.

I assume this is the same thing that’s been in the SLDC plan room for a couple months and it just now getting press? Or is the mansion house having 2 renovations?

I wouldn't be surprised if the garage was the sticking point on the City Place redevelopment. Perhaps it's been fixed to some extent by now but I walked through it and on the platform above and it's clear there was some serious structural issues

Garage is part of the Mansion house renovation, i think and building more floors down

Love it. Who owns the low rise buildings between each of those towers? If we could get some of those retail bays filled with these upgrades, it would do a ton for tourists' perception (and reality) walking along Broadway

It wasn’t vacant, residents had until end of april
to move out

The outside of these buildings could use a reclad or something to make them look more modern. Very bland at this point. Would love to see them modernized & lit up.

No, nobody for evicted. The ownership group worked with tenants to relocate them to other downtown properties they have

It would make the buildings more attractive to tenants, but I'm sure it would be cost-prohibitive to reclad. Adding lighting would be cheaper

Didn't realize it was New+Found doing this. This gives me more hope that they will be able to do something at the Armory.

This building was also only 49% occupied before they started moving residents out, so it was definitely underperforming as is.
