While work has been ongoing since October, the exterior construction elevator is now going up on the east side of the building. I would assume the initial work was mostly focused on selective demolition and prep work. They're probably going to be getting into the more extensive systems work now. Work is now very apparent to anyone going by on I-44, which is nice.
