Anybody care to share any interesting tidbits (i.e., screenshots)? Is that "allowed"?
^ I looked through it, it’s available for anybody to look at. It’s just architectural drawings. Granted, close to 500 pages of them…I didn’t spy any updated renderings or anything super exciting but I didn’t look at every page either.

I took a few screenshots of some floor plans and the elevations. Looks to have three good sized retail spaces including a corner entrance at Tucker and Locust.

Thanks for posting. Last time I went to the site it seemed like I need to pay to access drawings, but maybe that was a project-specific thing. From my baloney it appears to be lifting dumpsters up to clear off the old hvac and other debris.

It’s be a active demo site for over 2 months now and I think they’re getting close to being finished since they’re on the roof now

Jeff Arms hotel and apartments has been under renovation for 2 months now.
^^ Work is in full swing. Believe they have construction elevators up and everything. Someone posted some pictures in the project thread I think.
The parking garage is for sale. $6.9M, 258 spaces, $29k per space.
