It looks like all the junk on the south side of the building is just sitting there rotting!! 
and via a drive by looks like some windows are boarded up
can we declare this project unfinished and just board up the whole thing (again)?

As much money they have put into this you would think they would have turned the focus to getting things open one at a time as soon as they could.
