Crane erection underway at 1014 Spruce
If anyone has night camera skills, I sure don't, the cranes lit up against the CWE skyline would make for a great shot. It looks like a giant light sabre battle is about to take place.

Is the crane still up at Streets of St. Charles? I’d assume it’s down by now, but haven’t been out that way in a bit.
No, it’s down now. I was around there last weekend and noticed it had come down.sc4mayor wrote:Is the crane still up at Streets of St. Charles? I’d assume it’s down by now, but haven’t been out that way in a bit.

I was in NY NY recently. There are ALOT more than 10 cranes in the air. Chicago has alot more than 14. I dont think this article is accurate. St. Louis probably has 10 in the central corridor.dweebe wrote: ↑Apr 14, 2023Toronto Has Nearly 200 More Cranes Than Other Major North American Cities

That RLB index looks at the same cities every year. I’m not sure how they source their information.
I think STL has 13 or 14 total counting the ones in the suburbs too.

There was a semi parked on the 1100 block of Olive St. downtown earlier this morning that had a tower crane laying on it's bed. Assume it would be for a development in or near downtown. Anyone know what it's for?

If it was red, I wonder if the 1014 Spruce crane was coming down.
