Swiped this one off of WUMCRC's Facebook page (they've got lots of drone pics of the Greenstreet projects):

^ That’s a good one.  Looks like the third neuroscience crane is coming down or the boom is really well disguised within the structure.

^It can be hard to pick that 3rd crane out from a distance, but it's definitely still there right now.

The crane at the P&G expansion site has been down for a few weeks now.

I know it might not be the right thread, but how deep is that hole for the new Queeny Tower?

WOW great drone video view there.  Clayton skyline over forest park into the growing CWE.  The Albion Tower will look great in there too.  Not to mention - the drone PERFECTLY catches the Metro train come out of the CWE station eastbound.

^That's always a nice roof for a view. I just hope they get their taps fixed one of these days.

Not sure, but I think the Forsyth Point crane was bumped up a bit.

^Can no longer confirm 1801’s. I was told it could end up being a crawler crane as that’s what was bid, but it could’ve been changed. We’ll see.

^I almost feel like we should have been counting the four cranes used to hoist the Merchant's Bridge sections. Each of those was apparently a fifteen thousand ton lift. Nine million ponds. Put all three spans together and you have a certain super-liner from the first part of the century. Nearly an Iowa class battleship.

Wow, these are fantastic pictures!  I work for Morrow Tower Crane and these are our cranes on this project and the Vande project in the background.  Could I ask your permission to save these and possibly post on Linked In?  I can give photo credit if you would like?   Thanks, Dan

^too bad they didn't go to the white, reflective roofing material. For tax break projects, seems this could be a requirement. That building is huge, nice to see...remember the Aventura. So much better for modern infill.

I get that white roofs save energy in the Summertime, but conversely, wouldn't dark roofs save energy in the Winter?

Not so much because of the lower sun angle and shorter days?

Not sure what is going on with 1801 Washington.  I'm also not clear 1014 Spruce will use a crane but its tight site doesn't leave a ton of room for staging.  Would be nice to have another one downtown.  Anyone know what's up with the Marshall (Crescent Electric)?  They weren't seeking incentives and agreed to donate $250,000 to the affordable housing trust.  More slow rolling from Pihl?

Some anecdotal observance - my boss from KC was in town last week and she was flabbergasted by the amount of cranes and development activity happening along 40.

It is sometimes nice to hear a positive note from out of towners, especially since I got a lot of flack from Kansas-citians /coworkers when I relocated to St. Louis.
