The developer said it would charge rent at below market rate, ranging from $1,068-$1,425. The project is estimated to cost $12.2 million, according to a Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority meeting agenda.
The developer has redeveloped other buildings in Laclede’s Landing, a historic neighborhood located north of the Gateway Arch. But three months ago Advantes said it was putting most of its projects here on hold due to vagrants and vandalism.
I don't even think they were roasting their own coffee and outsourced through Ronnoco. Kind of pointless brand revival if there's nothing exclusive about it.GoHarvOrGoHome wrote: ↑Dec 12, 2022I assume this would kick Mas Tequila to the curb (they will probably do better in their new Soulard location TBH)
I was about to wonder aloud here if the revived Old Judge Coffee was included in these plans as they were planning a cafe on the Landing. But... they haven't posted anything on social media since March
Great patio, I imagine the inside needs considerable reconfiguring.dbInSouthCity wrote: ↑Dec 12, 20222101 Menard, formerly Joanie's Pizzeria
Is there any sort of plan for life for this plot of land? Looks like it's owned by GRG as of earlier this year?
Thank you for posting these.sc4mayor wrote: ↑Jan 03, 2023^ I believe they have plans to acquire that site eventually.
The Mississippi Greenway Park has been part of GRG's long range plan since at least 2017 when this was published. Still listed as a "Project in Planning" on their website. Nice to see the garage finally come down, though I doubt they have funding in place for the park yet.
I know I know I know it’s a chain place and we’re not supposed to patronize those: but I really do like Spaghetti Factory.dbInSouthCity wrote: ↑Jan 16, 2023Spaghetti factory had a 2 hour wait at 5 pm Saturday, so anything else is good news
