What percent sold is this tower? Have they released floor plans yet? What is the latest completion date?

^The answer to your first and last questions are: I'm not sure anyone knows, including the Roberts Tower sales staff. :P

The answer to your second question is no.

They have some nice looking caissons though, maybe you can ask about buying one of those.

I was shown floor plans when I visited their sales center last year. I think it was the spring loft tour. There were 2 units per floor on the upper levels and 3 units per floor on the lower levels. Maybe the plans have changed since then, I'm not sure??

For some reason that pic makes me think of the Super Mario Brothers.

Joke around about these guys all you want, but they may be the ones to give us our first new downtown residential tower in decades. Like some other forumers, this building is my favorite of the proposed downtown new construction. Location and design, to be sure.

So anyone been by the site lately? We should be getting towards completion of the caissons and the beggining of excavation fairly soon.

Has anyone been to the sales office? If so, were there any floor plans? It seems odd that there are no floor plans on the website considering that it (apparently) is being built right now.

There are floorplans in the sales center. They have a model of a bathroom and various samples of different materials. Didn't have a board showing which units were still available though.

The Roberts Companies was featured on The Black Enterprise Business Report this past weekend. There was a mention of Roberts Tower and there were shots of downtown - particularly the Old Post Office District. Below, check out the live report featuring Michael Roberts.

Haven't been by in awhile and there haven't been any updates. Anything going on on this site, or are they still pouring caissons?

Still drilling, but I did notice an excavator on site Tuesday morning, so there may be some digging.

Most of those pics are of the plaza construction...not the tower.

I can't say whether he knew that or not, but I will say that it is suprisingly hard to get pics of the tower. All of the streets and sidewalks are closed around the building. You can get good pics from right at the entrance to the hotel, or from up in the air.
