^ I'm not sure how up to date these websites are but here is their floor plans page which seem to show 1 studio and 7 one bedrooms available. The two bedrooms are wait listed and a couple of the other one bedrooms are available next month:

2B Residential took over property management and hopefully it yields a good exterior cleaning. Glass needs to be cleaned and there's graffiti on the roofline. Penthouse level balcony is showing rust from the railings. Addressing little things like that assist with curb appeal. It's still a nice building though, not hating on it. Just hoping for better maintenance.
