I'm interested in specifics for all the funds. Like give an example for what it would be used for in North city, downtown, etc.

Does 3A mean they are investigating opening the floodgate at Carr St on the North Riverfront Trail? Seems to me like it's been closed arbitrarily for six years now.

^Just another thing to add to my "List of Reasons I Wish I Lived in STL"! Looks really fun, I hope that people join! Is this going to be in Kaufman Park? If so, it's a great way to activate that underutilized green space!
