Well welcome to the forum! Please, tell us a little about yourself, what unit you're in etc. We would love to hear your story.
My story is pretty simple...lol I have been on the list since 03/2005, and I am moving from Fairview Hts. Will be in unit 210. I found this forum by accident just last week while doing a search on 'bankers lofts'. I very much appreciate everyone's comments, and insights to this project. This is how I was made aware that others had been notified of orientation meetings, and scheduled closings. Its great to be a part of the downtown St. Louis renessance??? (-10 for spelling) I look forward to meeting the other owners--Its going to be great living downtown!! Thank you all for your postings---keep them coming!

Sounds like grand idea. I'll offer to help if others are interested.
I drove by the building late last night after work, and BL211 the lights were on inside your unit. Did they have some work to finish up? OR were you having a party already?

It was probably the tour that went through last night. It would have been nice to have a party already.
Am I the only that is upset that some random group got a tour for $15 but us future owners who have given Thousands can't get in yet?
Those "random people" were attending a fundraiser for The Landmarks Association, an organization that can be credited with actually saving a number of these structures. You could have attended too. It was open to the general public. As a matter of fact, as a buyer, Pyramid would have probably comped you since they were the sponsor of the event. It would have been a nice gesture for them to send you a personal invitiation but aren't you going to be moving in soon enough? You will get to enjoy the building for years to come -- what's a couple more days? Promoting this kind of adaptive reuse to the public is an important job that I think both Pyramid and Landmarks should be applauded for.

yeah, sometimes the light is on and sometimes its off. we've tried everything to get a look in there but to no avail.
i think currently there's a ladder in there.

AJS...I don't think I've seen you on here before. Welcome to you, too! Where will you be living?

5th floor = sometime late in august. (hopefully)
4th floor - #407 sometime in late July/early August, hopefully!!!!
STLChristy wrote:Maybe each time a floor has moved in, there is a welcome party...like a monthly thing.
With lots of wine.
Would be great to have a really fun community.
And drink a lot of wine.
You guys are going to be great neighbors.
We 2nd the welcome party idea for each floor. Happy to help in anyway.
Was also thinking that maybe the weekend of June 10/11, when there will be the "Downtown Living Tour", maybe the Banker's Lofts tenants could get together. Any ideas?
