^That doesn't sound entirely appropriate for the Wash. Ave. strip. If that's the case I'd rather it was on the Locust side of MX than at such a high profile, Wash. Ave/ Convention Center facing location.

Oh yeah. Thanks. I misinterpreted the initial post. Well then that seems fine to me. Hopefully the improvements and investments in and around the MX help them find someone for that corner spot @ Wash & 7th

A 24 hr. fitness center would be great paired with other late night businesses such as a Walgreens, diner, 3 AM bar, and anything else that can be open that late and succeed. I would love to see something of a 24 hour area around there.
