St. Mark’s Tower project (St. Mark’s-in-the-Bouwerie, 1927 – 1931, not built)
Wright first proposed application of the taproot foundation, load-bearing concrete and steel core structure and cantilevered floors was in 1927 for the 15-floor St. Mark’s Tower project in New York City.

Some photos I took today. This is really coming out nice. The parking garage screen is interesting. Can't wait for the sidewalks to reopen. It will be nice to walk by.

I think the window treatments will be set. I recall seeing that there will be remote control blinds that offer shade and blackout features. They'll be embedded in the ceilings.

Construction fencing on West Pine was taken down. It's still a muddy mess but I assume this means the sidewalk will soon be poured. Street lights were also reinstalled on the West Pine side. The sidewalk next to the retail space is wide enough for some outdoor seating. I do expect there to be some street trees planted. Finally, I assume the eastern wall of the garage will be left as is. The remaining metal screen on the garage could be installed by middle to late August. The rest of the metal accenting on the upper floors could be finished around the same time.







The green tube sticking up in this photo will soon be a sign that says "One Hundred" on it. It appeared in the retail space rendering and in a VR sort of thing on the One Hundred website. The green tube appears in the last photo as well.

Building has 70 of 305 units pre-leased. That's 23%.

In another thread someone said since Friday (date of the article) they’ve leased another 120 units (apparently there was a open house)

By my count, there are 50 currently leased which puts the figure for total units at 316.

3/8/20 - 266 available. ~16% based on 316 units.

There are certainly some popular units/layouts as well, the same ones are leased on many of the floors.

Edit: Also interesting to note that the most expensive unit in the building has already been leased.

Same caveats as before, info only taken from listings on the website. No Idea as to the accuracy of the site or how often they update.
They have officially pushed out lease dates as stated in the last few pages of the thread. The top 2/3 of the building is not listed as available in the next 3-4 months.

6/7/20 - 260 available. ~18% leased based on 316 units.

8/3/20 - 246 available. ~22% leased based on 316 units. All of this could be very off, I would think for marketing purposes they would want they website to accurately reflect availability and they have been updating it per past figures. That would be awesome if they had a big leasing weekend as some have said here, but if so the info hasn't made it onto the website yet.

Would make sense. The income requirements are pretty wild. 120 leased over the weekend not reflected on the website would put this at 60% leased with a month to go until first units are ready for move in.
