Had a chance to swing by the building yesterday afternoon. Theres a total of 5 windows in on the 1st floor. From the pics that are posted above they've added two additional windows.

Also looks like the brick has been prep for the balconies, closest to delmar st.

Definitely a good thing to see steady progress. I am buying a unit in this bldg. Definitely looking forward to moving DT.

Just found out that there are only six units remaining(86% sold) now, a lot flew off of the shelf last week and the link above just hasn't been updated yet. The remaining units are:

# Floorplan

1 03

1 05

1 06

2 08

I don't know which floors they are on, but if you cross reference with the above link, you could figure it out.

Very impressive! Just watch to see how this little area comes to life between now and next summer. Once the new sidewalks are paved, trees planted, any possible new lighting installed, it will look great. And those back streets are already springing to life with the residents from Railway and Windows out walking their dogs as the closest greenery is just north across Delmar. And Ventana will only fuel more pedestrian life.

Plus, the buildings next to Moon are for sale, The Frankin School is getting rehabbed and there is always action from the City Museum. Lookin' good to me.

Was over at Moon on Sunday and noticed The Allen Cab Co. which has that cool looking building right across the street, getting a complete clean up on the front of the builidng. They had two guys sandblasting and power washing all the brick and stone. Wonder if they are gearing up to sell or just wanting to spruce things up a bit?

I think I saw you leaving when I arrived. Did you leave in that city works realtors car or that car that was prked infrom of it at like 1:50-2:00pm? Anyways, I saw them power washing as well, I think it has something to do with the city trying to squeeze them out of that space by saying they have to perform some building maintence, so they were just trying to keep it up to code. I'm not 100% sure about this though.

Wasn't me as I walked over. On another note, the building is really starting to shape up on the inside. I was able to see a number of different floor plans and they all really had something to offer. It appears that they have done a great job in creating nice spacious and functional units from the smallest lofts to the largest ones. Not a bad floor plan in the bunch.

There were six units left a week or so ago........as has already been stated in this thread........and there is a link showing the exact units remaining and their prices.......which is also located in recent pages of this thread........read the thread. If you still have more questions after that, post'em here and I or someone else will do their best to answer them.

I don't know any current info on remaining units. Tentitive move ins depend on what floor you're talking about. One of the floors is moving in in September, I think it's fourth floor. Call Kelli Knopf at 314.220.0854, she has all of the current info on remaining units and their current move in dates.

I know the units remaining are only in the single digits. Maybe like 8 or so. I also know that there is a lot of interest in people waiting to see the finished display as for some it is hard to visualize a space and finish without seeing a real working unit. I would suspect that shortly after the display is completed that all remaining units will go quickly.

Urban Elitist was correct in timing. I am on the 4th floor and they are shooting for closing that floor on September 28. Progress is thumping right along as now all balconies are hung and it looks like they are starting the garden unit patios and/or work on the garage, I can't tell for sure. Also if you are interested in this project, I would acquire sooner than later as they may have a price increase after the display is done.

I haven't had the time to go on a walkthrough of the building in about a month (LoftWorks allows you to schedule walkthroughs of the property as often and whenever you want to if you are a buyer) and I am wondering if anyone on second floor has any updates. Last time I was there 2nd floor was framed up and wiring was colse to being completed. I've heard rumors that drywall is going up on that floor and the display unit is nearing completion. Any concrete info out there? Second floor's progress is a good gauge of how on schedule the rest of the building is.

2nd floor is framed up and has drywall. the displays should be done soon. some people will be able to close after june 28th. there is still A LOT that needs to be done to the rest of the building from now til then....but it looks like it will be a VERY NICE building when it's completed. i don't think that there are many units left???

Glad to hear you've joined the building and glad to hear you're looking forward to moving to STL. I think it's great that people from NYC are actually LOOKING FORWARD to living in DT STL. This was not the case even a few years ago. If you're in NYC and are curious about the happenings inside the building, feel free to post questions here. Usually someone on here has scheduled a recent walkthrough.
