They have a two witness rule for sexual assault allegations. There must be two witnesses for them to do anything about it, and they're notorious for not going to the law about it. This issue is popping up against the org across the entire globe.

The Board of Adjustment chair laughed at the idea of a building at Delmar and DeGiverville that met the neighborhood plan and forthcoming FBC of 3+ stories on that "small lot." 4100 Manchester is 1,000 sf smaller.

No sign of progress on the drive-thru Imo's.

Wish they would take advantage of the proposed form based code and go for 8 stories here. But maybe they’ve learned from previous attempts down the street not to challenge NIMBYs.
