^Yeah it hit me the next night as I was talking with my wife. On the other hand, as a result she decided to make some home-made Bun Bo Hugh. 
Hue is official. There's a website up and running in addition to a Facebook and Instagram. The website features some interior renderings. I didn't click into that link, but saw the photos posted on Twitter this morning, they look like a big improvement from the previous stuff. Drove by yesterday and they've already started the masonry at the base

The Hue is more than 90% occupied while Chroma is 85% occupied. The retail space is about 66% occupied and AHM is seeking tenants for the two remaining retail spaces.
