I'm actually very surprised. BJH is ahead of some big names here. I believe BJH was #17 last year.

They've cracked the top ten often enough. I think the best they came in might have been a no. 3 in the 90s, but it's a long time ago now.

Haven't been down on Kingshighway for quite some time, it's nice to see the core rise above street level. 

Is it just me, or do I feel like progress on the new Queeny Tower is extremely slow? It feels like its been under construction forever and the elevator core is just now getting above the street.

^I have had the same thought on it being slow. And checking the webcam occasionally during the workday, there's not a huge crew working there. I wonder if the tight labor supply is having an effect? If I remember right (and I very well could be wrong), they said that there would be three floors above grade by the end of this year. They barely have a basement floor at this point.

Queeny Tower replacement finally has floors above ground.

Love the vertical expansion.  I'm assuming buildings typically have to be built with that option in mind?  Are there any other candidates in the city?

Also nice to see the Queeny Tower replacement move a little.  It feels like that's been crawling along lol.

I know Children's Hospital was built with vertical expansion in mind.

Yeah many buildings are overengineered so that floors can be added in the future, though it doesn't happen that often.

WU Vertical expansion tower crane is coming down very soon. Need to get some more flying in the area soon!

Once Albion breaks ground, a picture from about that same height and positioned over the NE corner of the park looking towards the south would be fantastic as well.
