Ahhhh!  My old college GF lived here in 2010.  Marchetti Towers.

And to be more specific, I believe the picture was taken just on the other side of the covered walkway between the BSC and lecture halls.  That's that the concrete structure with the light underneath would be.

I know that the sign on Waterman is No. K 676, so I'm making a somewhat educated guess that it has to be a bridge on either side along this same rail line.  Thus, I'm going to say it's the Kingsbury Ave. bridge.
