Can anyone else pinpoint the exact spot before I give it away?

It's the side entrance on Duncan?
And the Olive answer was correct btw

You got it - this is the original "historic" entrance to the @4240 building, now used as the side door.

Apologies if this building has been used recently. I couldn't remember the last time it's popped up on here.

OK, folks; look at the building at the end of the block.

4225 Finney Ave/ St. Mathew Missionary Baptist Church. The building at the end of the block is Ranken's new manufacturing incubator. You can also see the Finney Place development of the new houses.

^Correct! Thank you!

I love small, funky, unique urban church buildings.

I was originally thinking Gaslight Square, as there are a couple of quirky little churches around there as well, and lots of similar vintage infill. Anyway . . . nice one!

I was pretty sure that was a Ranken building but street view and the overhead satellite view on Google don't have those infill houses yet so I couldn't find the right block.

A bit off topic but does Ranken still build homes in the area as part of their classes?

^You got it. It's such a shame this building continues to decay.

Here's a couple more pics of it:

That is a real winner of a building.
