Maplewood close to McCausland?
There's a car in a driveway so it's not a street with alleys behind it. Or is it? Ames Place? Are there any driveways there? Looks like cedar shingles, which seems Clayton-ish. Very mysterious. Ames Place final answer.
Woo! I kinda thought it was University Heights from the beginning but I forgot my log in info so I couldn’t guess. Oops!
Given some of your recent posting, St. Francis de Sales Oratory. That's a pretty fancy side entry!

^I wonder if that has something to do with the days when one of the auxiliary bishops held forth there. Given its location it almost has to have been reserved for clerical use. The place used to be informally called the "Cathedral of the South Side." And if a bishop has his chair there . . . well . . . ? Neat!
^ Metal or cast iron or something like that. Here's another, I also think this one will be pretty easy:

Fun fact, one of two (at least) green spaces named for Ellen Clark, the late wife of Clayco's Robert Clark:
BJH's Ellen S. Clark Hope Plaza
SLU's Ellen Clark Sculpture Park
