Yes 3224 S Kingshighway will be drive thru subs, or coffee most likely. Show up and testify at the Board of Adjustment meetings. And our zoning and strategic land use plan aren't clear enough or outright permits car slop.
Domino's took over a small office building on Tucker in DT as well. That parcel at Locust should be so much more. With all the retail available pretty annoyed by that usage. I get why they wanted it...but annoyed.

Also there's a group doing a gut rehab of 4120 Connecticut St that seems close to being done as well.
There seems to be 2-5 houses getting reno's on every other block in TGS these days.
