^ It's a couple blocks north of the Chippewa intersection. (3800 blocks is the dividing line; Bevo and Dutchtown begin with the 3800 blocks below Chippewa)
Biz Journal also reported this past week that TGCDC was a recipient of funding for an affordable housing rehab of 3772 Chippewa in Dutchtown.

Always thought that could be made into apartments. Would be a shame to do another suburban style drive through

Are you going to testify at the meeting? I'm not sure what email to send written testimony to.

This should not get a new cutout into Kingshighway even if “only accessible” to northbound traffic. It’ll just end up like the “only southbound” cut to QT that gets abused by northbound folks.

From a simple photo of a Google Streetview, ChatGPT was able to create this rendering of a fully rehabbed structure.

And then I had some fun with it and named the newly rehabbed building "The Southtowner": (again, credit: ChatGPT)

Apparently there is a hearing today at 1:30pm if anyone can make it to speak against it. Unfortunately I can not.

^With the Kingshighway traffic calming and updates, this seems like a bad move... I would assume most of those lots that are closer to the park would be great spots for Residential.

I support stldotage's proposal!  How pathetic and insulting to even entertain the concept of a drive-thru in place of this historic building.

Man, of course she f*ckin did. She's proven to be very conventionally pro-development of any kind and quality or lack thereof. Huge disappointment.
