Always thought that could be made into apartments. Would be a shame to do another suburban style drive through

This should not get a new cutout into Kingshighway even if “only accessible” to northbound traffic. It’ll just end up like the “only southbound” cut to QT that gets abused by northbound folks.

^With the Kingshighway traffic calming and updates, this seems like a bad move... I would assume most of those lots that are closer to the park would be great spots for Residential.
