Yes 3224 S Kingshighway will be drive thru subs, or coffee most likely. Show up and testify at the Board of Adjustment meetings. They are approving most of these.viharsheth wrote: ↑4:24 PM - Jan 23What are we even doing? I've lived in this neighborhood for 15 years and now we have a Domino's Pizza at an intersection with much more potential, the demo of 3224 S. Kingshighway for a drive through fast food joint (at least that's what I've heard) and now the demo of the Imo's on a site with potential for something more vertical only to get another car oriented development. Just ranting.

slop after slop after slop. It’s what happens when we dont take care of our historic buildings
And our zoning and strategic land use plan aren't clear enough or outright permits car slop.

Domino's took over a small office building on Tucker in DT as well. That parcel at Locust should be so much more. With all the retail available pretty annoyed by that usage. I get why they wanted it...but annoyed.
