Domino's took over a small office building on Tucker in DT as well. That parcel at Locust should be so much more. With all the retail available pretty annoyed by that usage. I get why they wanted it...but annoyed.

A four-family has been built at 4333 Connecticut (just west of Morgan Ford) in Tower Grove South in place of two single family homes. See below:

Also there's a group doing a gut rehab of 4120 Connecticut St that seems close to being done as well.
There seems to be 2-5 houses getting reno's on every other block in TGS these days.
