I don’t know, feels like a slap in the face by MLB but who knows what the communication is. Definitely could be a lot of factors

Not being a StL apologist but this would be a bad reason. Gotta give it to this Cardinals offense though. So much fight and can string some good at bats together to make this a competitive team. This staff can’t quite keep the runs down enough to win consistently
