I've often wondered why they architects did not cover the HVAC (or whatever is on the roof) with panels to match the building. 100 would be so much more attractive without the HVAC exposed on the roof. It's called value engineering. They V.E.'d One Hundred to death. It was so disappointing....it was supposed to have a crown of sorts, if not only slightly. Otherwise, the quality of the finishes within the units is not high-grade at all. I had friends who lived there for a couple years and they described the quality of finish in their unit as "construction grade". I wince a bit whenever I see the tower.
