^And Photobucket strikes again. Heh! I had one of those accounts for a while. That's a nice view of the stadium construction. I had this pipe dream for a while that Ballpark Village could salvage part of the old Busch Stadium as residential so you could literally live in the ballpark. Keep the half that didn't require demo to build Busch III, wall in the concourses, add a couple of strategic towers to the corners . . . and leave a ballpark in the middle for fun games. What's actually going up now is finally okay, but I do miss Busch II. It was honestly a pretty cool beast.
Its hard to believe its been over 20 years - We are hard on the town, look at some of the old threads, there has been great progress in a lot of neighborhoods

I think if you go to "discussions" at the top of the main page it is the same thing.
I’m curious if anyone with oversight can provide insight on forum engagement over the years. I personally feel the forum is quieter and the conversations that are happening are the same people.
Posts per registered user, posts per day, topics per day… those types of things.

Does the forum have an image storage limit? Is it time or size? I notice old images don't show up.
Old images have never shown up as long as I have been on here. I read through the entire BPV forum last year after I discovered this website and none of the pre-2012 images appeared for me.
Before you had to host them elsewhere. Some of the free places would delete them after a while. Or you'd run out of space on Flickr or wherever and delete some leaving broken urls. Now you can upload straight into the forum, but those are disappearing too
Sorry to be "that guy", but does anyone know how to set a profile photo for my avatar? I tried doing it on my Tapatalk account, and it works there, but on urbanSTL I still have the default head silhouette profile photo. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Can you log in on a computer? I can describe it on a desktop. If you click the carat under your usename at the top of the page you should see "My profile" as a big, blue button. Open that link. That should take you to your profile page. At the bottom of the page, on the left hand side, is a link that says "control panel." That should take you to a page where you can set all kinds of nifty things. On the left hand side of that page is a button block with four options. Edit Avatar should be the third down. FYI, Mods you guys have to do something about all of these pop up ads! These consistent ads ruins the experience of visiting this site.
