Could it be a problem with an adblocker or some other similar ad on? I don't honestly recommend surfing without one these days, but you might try turning it off. See if it's configured wrong or something. Maybe there's a bad filter keeping tweets off the page or something.
I don't have an ad blocker afaik. I haven't installed anything new or changed a setting recently. Something could have updated itself and caused this I suppose.

I've been having an issue of getting randomly logged out - has been occurring for maybe the last month? It usually happens when going in between a topic and back to my unread posts under the "Discussions" header. I don't actually have to re enter my login information but it takes me to the Sign up/Login page and all I have to do is click "Login" and I'm back in action. Sometimes it's every 5 minutes, sometimes hours, sometimes a few days.
Case in point, as I tried to submit this post, with my screen name and avatar visible in the upper right corner, I had a message pop up telling me Y"ou need to login in order to reply to topics within this forum."

Assuming you're using Chrome I think the purpose of viewing the page in Incognito was to determine if you have a Chrome extension running that could be causing the problem, as extensions are disabled by default in Incognito mode.quincunx wrote: ↑Aug 15, 2020I don't have an ad blocker afaik. You can look at your loaded extensions by clicking here: chrome://extensions/ As a test I'd suggest turning them all off temporarily and then refreshing a page (in a non-Incognito tab) with a tweet loaded. If it shows then go back to your extensions, enable just one, and retest. Then another, the next, et. al. until you see it break. That's likely to be the cause of the issue for you.

Yes. Mine was in a continuous loop of trying to login and then saying it was redirecting. Just kept cycling between 2 pages very quickly. I wasn’t able to get last night or this morning when I woke up either.
Minor quibble here: There used to be a black banner at the top of each screen where I could click on the UrbanSTL logo and return to the main menu. Now, the black banner scrolls along with the current page, so I have to scroll all the way back up to click on the logo and return to the menu (I know; the horrors!).
Any ideas?

Is anyone else having the problem where if I reply to a thread on the Tapatalk app on iPhone, it unsubscribes you from the thread? It’s been happening to me a bit recently, so I’ve stopped using the app and began using the Safari version and desktop version.
Also, sometimes the Tapatalk app doesn’t send notifications out right away. Sometimes it’s a day later that notifications for topic replies come in.

I've seen the issue with late notifications on the Android app as well.

Does anyone know how to do multiple quotes in a post again? I hate doing individual quote-respond posts. The old forum layout allowed me to select multiple posts to quote at once. I miss that feature.

not the most efficient method but if you click on the ellipsis at the far right on the toolbar and select "View as Original Post" it will show the quotes in a copy-able code form. you can copy however many quotes to a text editor and then copy them all back into the same comment window.

As u_d says, just reply to the first post, view as original post, then Select All > Copy. Cancel that reply, then go to the next post you want to quote. Paste in your copied text at the top (for an older quote) or bottom (for a newer quote) and you're good. It's much easier on a PC than on Mobile browser, and easier on a mobile browser than Tapatalk.
