Riverfront times reporting that Pho Grand will be coming back in some form under the son of former owners.
Gordon Ramsays Kitchen will replace Cinder House at Four Seasons. This will be the 5th location for the brand after Boston, Chicago, Vegas and OK City

He has some input on the front end around creative direction and the menu, but obviously not much direction after that. I’ve been to the OKC location, not surprisingly it’s pretty underwhelming for a higher end branded concept.
Hopefully the brand recognition is good for downtown though.

The Cobblestone (from owners of Cafe Piazza) will be opening this Spring on the Landing, about a year after original opening date

Looks like Constantino's is the concept opening inside the former Feasting Fox space at Grand and Meramec

Owners of Five Aces BBQ have opened a new bbq restaurant on the Laclede's Landing at 724 N. First Street, it’s still in soft launch phase where you can order online and pick up as they work on setting up the space for full service this spring.
This is at least the 7th new Downtown St. Louis restaurant opening or about to open in 2024 already including;
Cobblestone (also on the Landing, from owners of Cafe Piazza)
Hot Pizza Cold Beer at 6th and Washington opens Friday
Venezuelan Amaizing Arepa Bar at 14th and Washington opens mid Feb
Ramseys Kitchen at Four Seasons
Fielders Choice at 1 Cardinals Way
