While change does not always equal progress, voters seem think it's worth giving a try after 15 years of Lewis Reed.

Things changed a lot. The murder rate quadrupled from 2003 to 2020.

If only the Slay/Reed/Krewson admins could have maintained that low number.

Someone should update that St. Louis Crime Wiki page. The population from 200-10 should prob go linearly from 348k to 319k given how terrible the Census estimates were.

Wait. Ortmann filed in the 8th?
Does he have a Kevin McCarthyesque kink about losing multiple times in a row or something?

Final list of candidates. Who should we be supporting? Which challengers to incumbents have a chance? Which way should the Thunder Dome contests go? Let's put our money where our mouths are.

Makes sense, I think that it is a crazy that people were treating this as a part-time job (besides all the inequities that generates...)

It should be a part time job and Jones admin has already getting alders out of a lot of things they never should have been part of (ie development). Their job should be just to consider and vote on legislation. Jan to May in session like state legislature
