Granted, that's one of their smaller steaks. A 16oz. boneless ribeye there will set you back $52.
8oz. NY Strip at the Chicago location is $32.
I’ll believe it when I see it at this point.
Soooo are they going to actually start this sometime soon?
Midas bought the land in March. "It needs to get done," said David Robert, co-founder and CEO of Midas. "It's a great location in the heart of the metro area." The site now houses an outdated and partially vacant strip mall. Midas' plans call for a series of multi-story buildings abutting Brentwood with 130,000 square feet of office, 45,000 square feet of retail, a 700-car garage, 190 apartments and a 127-room Aloft Hotel. Chesterfield-based Brinkmann Constructors has been hired as the general contractor.
Aloft Hotels mostly look like this, so it might be a brand design thing. It seems out of place for the overall design of the Boulevard development, but I'm not complaining too much. It'll be nice to finally see this built.sc4mayor wrote: ↑May 19, 2022^ Agreed, though I think the hotel design is a bit out of place. Looks just like the Cortex one...maybe switch that up a bit. Doesn't look bad though, and I like that the two pad sites that were in a previous plan are gone.
I'm thinking Midas can actually get this done. Fingers crossed.
Probably just wishful thinking.framer wrote: ↑Aug 06, 2022Will Brentwood actually get a median?
With Midas being involved in it this time, I have confidence it gets done.jshank83 wrote: ↑Aug 06, 2022I just hope it gets built this decade.
I'm not defending that dumb car wash, but the hotel guests and just a few apartment residents will get that bad view.mikenewell48 wrote: ↑Aug 06, 2022and the car wash I guess the future residents wont mind a large car wash adjacent to them
