^ Chicago is automatically issuing speed camera tickets to any driver traveling (I think) 6-9mph over the speed limit.
^ I’ve seen officers from all three. More state and county tho...but definitely some local munis.
Welp, sales tax revenue is down. These Bella Villa bills aren't gonna pay themselves!

We must've solved the speeding problem on the Eads. They removed the barriers on the west end of it that were blocking the outer lanes.
I was hoping they'd add more outer-lane barriers across the length of it, like on North Broadway north of downtown. That makes for a decent makeshift bike lane in addition to slowing traffic. As is, it's pretty unpleasant to bike with 50mph traffic.

Gravois is terrible. Driving southwest Monday I literally watched a car pass on the left, in the turning lane and then proceed to pass again on the right shoulder / parking area. I travel this road a lot and it just baffles me. I know there has been discussion on a road diet, but I think we can do a lot by patrolling it a little more - including speeding and running red lights. I have seen things occur right in front of police.

I almost got run over today at California and Russell by an a**hole driving a light blue Ford Mustang who clearly lacked the intellectual capability to understand what Stop signs and crosswalks are. Saw him leave the car a few blocks ahead and he was distributing campaign flyers for Lewis Reed. Another great reason not to vote for him.

Guns and cars, cars and guns. I look forward to tough interviews of MoDOT officials to find out how they're going to make their system safe. Monkeys may fly out of my butt first.
