^ Beautiful, absolutely one of, if not the nicest urban park(s) in America!

Had an appointment at BJC today and snapped an angle of One Hundred I don't think I've seen before.  Might have to sneak back there with my DSLR sometime...the views of the entire city are incredible from CAM.

Barnes has some great views. The views from the skywalk connecting the main building to Queeny Tower are among the best in the city, and that's one reason I'm sad to see Queeny going. I'm sincerely hoping there will still be a good viewing spot and a rooftop cafeteria in whatever replaces it. And yes, nice shots. I haven't been in since the new building opened. Glad to see there's still some good views. :)

Some photos today from my walk. I walked through the site as well to get a few of the pictures. Metal installation on the scoops is nearly complete. Just a few more scoops to go on the entire building. Parking garage screen is about 50% complete with still half the frontage on Kingshighway, and all on West Pine, still needed to be done. The Lasing Office has moved into the building from their trailer that was on the side parking lot.

A friend of mine drove down Lindell and told me he saw the strangest building he'd ever seen. I immediately knew he meant 100. He called it "impressive" but wasn't immediately sure if he liked it. I think it will grow on him. The garage screen looks a lot better than I expected. The whole thing looks great. Great pictures, Chris. Thank you. :)

Are those permanent window-washing rigs on the roof, or are they temporary jibs to lift the metal panels into place?

^ My vision isn’t what it used to be, but it kind of looks like they’re related to the installation of the panels.

According to the website move-ins for the first 8 floors (including the amenity floor, which only has 3 apartments) should start tomorrow.

According to the website, at first move-in, the building is 26.58% leased (84 apartments leased out of 316 total).

I saw a car pull into the garage yesterday afternoon. I also noticed that a moving truck was outside on the North parking lot. They were using a side door to move stuff in

Went to get groceries in the area today and for the 10th time I still wish this was another stack or 2 taller.

Great shot, Bonafide.

BTW, the windows in WUMCRC's photo tour are absolutely filthy. Is that normal for top-floor windows at this stage of construction, or are these windows somehow going to be prone to collecting dirt?

That's common. Those units aren't fully complete yet. I follow Abdul from Park Central on Facebook and the videos he has of the 36th floor unit show it still very much a work in progress.

That dirt is on the inside

Someone on reddit said they heard rumors a Trader Joes was going to be a retail component of the building. It doesn't quite sound likely to me but have you guys heard anything? I thought it was just going to be a coffee shop or something. Plus I don't think TJs often utilizes very urban settings and their Brentwood location isn't too far.

Isn't the retail space pretty small?

Yeah, the rumor for the retail space was cafe by day, wine bar by night. I think it's more likely a Trader Joes would open at the Expo location in 2022.

PostSep 10, 2020#1225

@brianadler6545 , TJs does love urban settings, though. I can think of at least 4 in Seattle. And they tend to follow Whole Foods around and locate within a mile or so of them.
