Glad to see the green glazed brick/tile/terra-cotta going up on the sidewalk-fronting facade. It should add some color and character to the pedestrian-facing portion of the project.

^I wish I had some. But you'll be happy to know (if you don't already) that this gem down on Cherokee which is bookended by columns of green glazed brick is being brought back to life:

Good thing this one's wrapping up and the next two projects in the pipeline, Northgate and Loop Lofts Phase II, won't be relying on the student housing market or investor financing/resale market respectively.

Two permits have been issued - "Restaurant" and "Delmar Retail"
Anyone know what's up?

The restaurant is a new concept by the guy that owns Nudo House.

Great that I don't have to go all the way to Creve Coeur for the best ramen in the region!

Walked up to this building this morning (and about froze but thats ok). A bit surprised that the one retail space is still vacant, especially since it's been over 3 years since this was completed. The green glazed brick is still looking sharp. The Loop East of Skinker really looks like the stretch that makes sense for buildings between the Moonrise Hotel and Everly in height. Those two are in the "sweet spot" in my view. A couple more of this with fully renovated smaller buildings and maybe some Link in the Loops thrown in, the East Loop could be hopping. Connect it to Debaliviere and boom, a big shopping, entertainment, dining, and living district.

On a no daydream note, how is leasing doing at the Everly?
