As long as this thread is here, allow me to mention a pet peeve, yet again.

To certain mental midgets on this forum: PLEASE GO BACK TO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AND LEARN SOME F'ING SPELLING AND GRAMMAR!!!

The words our and are are not interchangeable, and neither are their, there, and they're, or your and you're, or soar and sore, or fair and fare, or hear and here, or lay and lie.

And the same goes for a million other words that are used incorrectly on here every day. Typos are somewhat understandable, but mistakes like these make you look lazy at best, and they instantly lower the value of anything you have to say. Since spellcheckers don't catch these errors, I can't begin to imagine what your resumes and correspondence must look like. If you aren't sure what a word means, or how and when to use it, there is a website called dictionary.com on the internets, and dozens more such sites. It only takes 5 seconds!

I won't even get into the capacity to form complete, coherent sentences, and the level of reading comprehension, exhibited on this forum.
