^ I share Jstriebel sentiments. Might be overhyped but it is successful, has a following in a big city way, and founder is St. Louis native. Nice to see him finally commit to his hometown. I think every hometown guy who does good should go back and find way to put some of that back or at least try. If it doesn't work it doesn't work.
Also found it odd that the native guy couldn't find a way to open a place in his hometown every time I flew into JFK on Delta and walked by Shake Shack in terminal 4 (overhype part of paying a steep airport price for a shake that is alright). Especially considering that St Louis does have some legitimate foodie claims. Like Square, nice to see a change for the better and a little bit of that success and pride making it way back to St. Louis
