Munger Hall isn't a mega dorm, it's insanity.  The rooftop not having outward views is particularly cruel.

Why stop the design where it’s at? Might as well add metal bars to the windows. If your going to design a prison for students you should at least go all the way.

The descriptions and renderings are one thing, but I don't think I really comprehended the sheer insanity of it until I saw the floorplan. That is nuts! Just because people COULD live in Kowloon Walled City doesn't mean they should. There's a difference between surviving and thriving and an environment like that might enable one while darkly endangering the other. My word but that's dystopian!
