I doubt the originally proposed towers are built. They proposed like 50+ story towers. With the AT&T tower going empty, I do not think the demand is there. If any highrise residential were to be built, I would think Ballpark Village is a more likely place.
It really is a downer, when you think of how many great proposals were never built. Back in 2006 (around then) you had the Bottle District, Original Ballpark Village and Skyhouse. Roberts Tower was the only one actually built. It has yet to come together. I hope some of that pre-recession momentum comes back. Those projects alone, would have transformed the St. Louis skyline. It bothers me that the BP Village site is so under-utilized. (I know... off topic.. sorry!)
