^ but it's not really a typographical error. it seems more like somebody stuck it in there intentionally when composing the proposal, and then reconsidered calling it "temporary" (maybe due to the push-back on the temporary-but-not-really-temporary proposal for 4101 Manchester?) and forgot to delete it.

It's a typo in that the "temporary" copy was leftover from the previous packet for 4101 Manchester. The project is permanent. I was in the meeting.

There's a very large mound of dirt on the grass lot owned by Restoration STL on Arco that was proposed for an apartment building, but I think it's Spire-related. Anyway, I wonder if the Gills still have live plans for that proposal.

Dirt is from digging out a foundation on Gibson Ave.

I don't mean to be a NIMBY here but building pickleball courts directly next to and across the street from residences is not a good idea. The sound is apparently incredibly piercing and annoying and often goes on for all hours of the day.

Three indoor courts are being built, so there shouldn't be any noise pollution.
