spoke to someone about what comes next, they said Cordish will have no issue with funding for the project, which i assume is the main reason they were selected. I have the renderings of the 3rd finalist but without their permission no chance ill post it. its a better design tho.

Yeah, I realize you've got to break some eggs to make an omelet, but we're losing a significant part of our skyline.
