Doug isn't naïve. He understands that graffiti does not cause bad neighborhoods; bad neighborhoods cause graffiti. Plus, on a personal note, I see graffiti as beautiful. Beautiful like a dandelion growing and thriving in the middle of a cracked, abandoned parking lot.
