The sidewalks are open on Waterman and most of DeBaliviere along the north building.

what's the point of that vertical brown slab? Does nothing but block the views for many of the residents.

To be clear, that's not a freestanding wall. There's an apartment on the other side of that wall, so the view to the north would have been blocked anyway. As for why there's no windows, well it would be a nice view but it would also have a pretty clear view between those east facing windows into the south facing windows.

EDIT: just read earlier comments, if it's blocking the terrace view, yeah that's dumb.

To me it looks like just a big building that could be offices. Would not be braggadocios about living there

This is what I’m most excited for about this project. Being able to walk and get groceries again thank you.

Can't wait for the residents to move in, the retail tenants to open up, and sidewalk traffic to slightly pick up as a result. Such a major improvement over that strip mall and parking lot.

^I take it that was the direct predecessor to the god-awful strip mall? Demo pictures around this town can make you cry.

The bus stop is missing on Waterman. Hello, TOD? This stuff is infuriating!

Then there's the missing crosswalk on the north side of Pershing at DeBaliviere that is still missing.

Does anyone else fine the magazine pages on a website presentation super frustrating to read?

I love the way it looks from the front of  the MO History Museum. Coming along nicely.

Looking out towards the north from the steps of the History Museum makes me want to cry tears of joy.

That’s incredible. I really want to get a tour of this building. I’ve been told it is a very bike friendly building.

I didn't see any movement on the Fields Foods. Anyone else see any evidence of work occuring?

Maybe it was moved but material was in the space last week.
