I saw a store one might frequent after purchasing their new home/condo/loft...large space (as we already know)...with a twist. Something that will make you go hmmm, in the loft district?

I actually think it could be kind of cool.

Your crystal ball must be better than mine.

I was able to go inside last week and for all of my future neighbors if you have not been inside, it looks great!. The fountains/water feature were being worked on the 2nd floor and the rooftop looks awesome! I saw two rooms on the roof, not sure which one is the party room and which one is the fitness area, but they are big an overall it is going to be a beautiful space. I can't wait!

Let's just say I had a very informative crystal ball.

Let's see, if one was interested in maybe sipping a hot beverage say at high noon, engage in conversation, browse around for a bit and maybe take something home with them (good chance it would be something from another country), then this might be a good place for a visit.

The fitness room was the north one, IIRC. I'm looking forward to that to help work off the winter weight.

Too big of a space for Starbuck's. Sorry.

Please tell me that the country you'd be buying from is Sweden, and that the name of the store starts with an I and ends with KEA. That would be a game changer for downtown.

Well???!!!

From what I know, Ikea only sells from its own large warehouse locations usually in the outer reaches of the city. This has been true for every Ikea I have been to here in the US and in Europe. They are always gigantic and blue!

Too small of a space for an IKEA. This won't be a game changer but you are getting warmer.

That's a good one! I suppose the Walnut Bowls factory outlet located in the Ozarks could be looked at as being from another country. The real funny thing is now you are actually getting kind of warmer.
